FIRST SEMESTER PROVISIONAL EXAMINATIONS TIME –TABLE, 2019/2020 ACADEMIC SESSION
OPEN AND DISTANCE LEARNING (ODL) AND SPILL-OVER STUDENTS (100 & 200 LEVELS)
This is to notify you that Examination Exercise shall commence for all categories of Students with higher Levels starting first. Please check the details below.
Date: 7th of April to 21st of April, 2021
Venue: University of Abuja, Main Campus, Airport Road, Abuja.

CDL&CE Tutorial (For ODL Students) and Contact Sessions (For Old Students) shall commence from Monday 15th – Saturday 20th March, 2021. The time-table is for both ODL Students (100Level To 400Level) and Old Students (2000/2001, 2001/2002, 2002/2003, 2003/2004, 2004/2005, 2006/2007, 2007/2008, 2008/2009 and 2010/2011)

Please follow the steps below;
1: Print your Admission Letter, Acceptance Fee Receipt, Originals of State of Origin, Birth Certificate, O’level Certificate and Affidavit (where necessary)
2: Proceed to the Screening Venue for Credential Verification (Main Campus Along Airport Road, UniAbuja CDLCE Admin Block Beside The Library)
=> Kindly request your Screening Officer to do Online Confirmation of Screening Online, Create your Student Email, LMS Login & Add You on Telegram & other Learners Support Channels
=> Login to the LMS and Enroll yourself in your Courses in order to have an access to all available Learning Resources (Lecture Videos, Chats, Forums etc.)
3: After your successful Screening, proceed to School Fee Payment (On the Portal ‘portal.uniabuja.edu.ng’)
4: After School Fee Payment, REGISTER your Courses on the Portal via portal.uniabuja.edu.ng. For Lists of Courses, visit https://tinyurl.com/cdlcourse
5: Print your Course Registration Form and a Signed Copy of the School Fee. These are required at the Collection Office for the collection of your course materials. (Date To Be Announced Soonest)

Please follow the STEPS below;
1: Download the Course List via https://tinyurl.com/cdlcourse
2: Write down the Course Codes as relayed to your dept and level
3: Visit the LMS via https://moodle.uniabuja.edu.ng
4: Login with your LMS LOGIN CREDENTIALS (New Students are to use the last 5 digits of their application number as username and uniabuja as the password) (Returning Students are to use their Matric Number as the Username and uniabuja as password). If you have any problem with yours, pls contact us.
4: After login, click on SITE HOME by the left hand
5: Scroll down till you get to SEARCH COURSES box
6: Type the Course Code of the course you intend to register with space (one course at a time).
7: Click ENTER to SEARCH the Course and afterwards click on TITLE of the course.
8: Having clicked on the Course Title you should see ENROL ME button displayed. Click it and that’s all.
You will be required to ENROL your Courses just once. The courses you registered stay permanent until you choose to unenrol yourself.
Submit the following documents and wait for the feedback within 24hours
1: Admission Letter
2: Acceptance Fee Payment Receipt (Sign First At The Bursary)
3: O’level Original Certificate / Printout if Certificate is not issued yet
4: O’level Result Scratch Card
5: Other Higher Certificate (if Applicable)
6: Certificate of Birth (Original Copy) / Kindly attach the Affidavit where applicable
7: Certificate of Origin (Original Copy) / Kindly attach the Affidavit where applicable
Your Name Arrangement on the O’level, Admission Letter, Certificate of Origin and Birth MUST all be the same. If not, please back the reason for the difference (s) with Affidavit, Paper Publication or Court Injunction.

2: Type in the SEARCH box your FirstName, Surname or Other Name
3: Copy Your Email Address & Password (If yours is missing especially New Students, Click https://forms.gle/XXToRWKbe2vDwheXA to have yours created.
4: Visit www.gmail.com
5: Enter your university student email address and click NEXT
6: Enter the default password as here given and click NEXT
7: Accept the TERMS & CONDITIONS
8: Add the Email to your Mobile Device (Through GMAIL APP Add New Account Feature) for constant notifications when Official Messages come through.
Follow the steps below;
STEP 1: Visit our Office and Locate ‘Exams & Records’ Office
STEP 2: Collect CHANGE OF ADMISSION or LEVEL APPLICATION FORM
STEP 2: Fill the Form and Submit with the following documents:
1=> Current Screening Certificate indicating the Change of Course o Level as the case maybe
2=> Photocopies of your credentials
3=> Attach your recent passport photograph
STEP 4: Retrieve your Letter to know the Status either Approved or Disapproved. If Approved, Move to Step 5
STEP 5: Login to your Portal and Select CHANGE OF PROGRAMME under your Payment Section to pay for the Change.
STEP 6: Present the Payment Receipt to the Offices of Deputy Director Academic and Bursary for Final Approval Online.
