HOW CAN I CHANGE OR EFFECT THE CHANGE OF COURSE OR LEVEL AFTER SCREENING?

Follow the steps below;

STEP 1: Visit our Office and Locate ‘Exams & Records’ Office

STEP 2: Collect CHANGE OF ADMISSION or LEVEL APPLICATION FORM

STEP 2: Fill the Form and Submit with the following documents:

1=> Current Screening Certificate indicating the Change of Course o Level as the case maybe
2=> Photocopies of your credentials
3=> Attach your recent passport photograph

STEP 4: Retrieve your Letter to know the Status either Approved or Disapproved. If Approved, Move to Step 5

STEP 5: Login to your Portal and Select CHANGE OF PROGRAMME under your Payment Section to pay for the Change.

STEP 6: Present the Payment Receipt to the Offices of Deputy Director Academic and Bursary for Final Approval Online.
